A shortcut to approving payments
Approve payments directly from your login page with the ‘Approve payment’ button. Make sure you allow biometrics. That way you’ll save seconds every time you use the app.

Disputing a transaction
Have you made a payment with your business credit card and the merchant does not honour the agreement? Are you unable to work it out together? Then you can submit a dispute. You can now do this in the app as well:
- Log in with your access code, fingerprint or facial recognition
- Select the payment you want to dispute
- Select ‘Report a problem’
- Choose the option ‘Dispute a transaction’
- Follow the instructions and we’ll send you the correct form to submit your dispute
- Fill in the form and send it to our email address
