Frequently asked questions about the change in the annual fee

Starting 1 October 2025 (for new customers) and 1 November (for existing customers) the annual fee of the Visa World Card Business, Mastercard Business and Mastercard Corporate credit cards will change. The annual fee of the Visa World Card Business will be €45 starting 1 November 2025. Mastercard Business will change to €43 and Mastercard Corporate to €48. I recently paid my annual fee. Do I have to pay it again in November 2025?

You pay the fee at a fixed time every year. That moment remains unchanged. For example, if you paid your fee on 1 March 2025, the next charge will be on 1 March 2026. You will see the new amount on your statement then.

Why is the annual fee changing?

We find it important that you can pay easily and safely with your credit card. We are available 24/7 if you need help. And we also work hard to prevent fraud and money laundering with credit cards. In recent years, the costs of these efforts have increased and part of this is reflected in the new fee. So, we can continue providing the service you have come to expect from us. This way, we ensure that your payments are and remain secure.

Will my volume discount remain in effect after the change to the annual fee?

Yes. If your company has a volume discount on the annual fee of the credit cards, this discount will continue to apply. Even after 1 November 2025, you will pay the annual fee minus the applicable volume discount.

How can I cancel my credit card because of the new annual fee?

If we change our terms or rates, your company may always terminate the agreement free of charge before the change takes effect. In this case, that would be before 1 November 2025. After that date, you accept that the new rate will apply to both your current and new credit cards.

Only your company's authorised signatory may terminate the credit card agreement. You can use the form Termination of ICS Business Card(s) to do this. You can also use this form if you just want to cancel one or a few of your company's credit cards.

How can I cancel a credit card?

You can cancel your credit card via the form Termination of ICS Business Card(s). Cancellation is possible at any time with one month's notice. If you cancel halfway through the year, we will not refund the annual fee you have already paid.

How can I make a change to my credit cards?
